We have layered on an automated concierge service that allows planners to book everything they need for an event (think catering, furniture, and entertainment) all in one place - for free.

Position Overview


You are a motivated and energetic unicorn who can be a catalyst for innovation in our organization, demonstrating a fanatical commitment to the clients and company, while inspiring your team to be at the forefront of the next generation of event planning in the industry. 


You excel in a fast-paced environment. You do your best work while riding the Giant Inverted Boomerang at Six Flags while your pants are literally on fire. If your Six Flags doesn’t have WiFi, you Wi(ll)Fi(nd) a way. You must be goal-oriented and able to work without supervision or mentoring. You thrive in a multi-functional environment.


 This setting is also, as you guessed, very fast. You should be a dreamer, with a vision, and a very flexible conceptualization of time. You should not be the kind of person who suggests that maybe “orientated” isn’t the word we were looking for, or even a word at all.


Key Responsibilities 


You will plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing them in partnership with Account Managers and our Marketing team.  

- Data management and event management execution via our existing CRM solutions 

- Generate and nurture viable high-quality inbound leads. You will be responsible for the customer experience of the Planned product 

- Onboard the current clients onto our new platform . Schedule, plan and execute the onboarding of current clients. 

- Champion bold, transformative ideas and tether them to strategy for event execution

 - Bring your creative self and your passion for well-crafted events to work every day, and communicate your unique voice to these various events for a diverse range of clients

 Key Requirements


- At least 1 year of relevant experience demonstrating increasing responsibility in sales, business development, partnerships, community management, customer service, or fundraising. 

- Above all, the ability to quickly and clearly articulate a value proposition. You’ll need to sell.

- Organized: we're talking kind of obsessive attention to detail 

- Creative: clever problem solver, who is comfortable making decisions and/or collaborating with team members. Not afraid to ask questions, shout ideas or raise concerns. 

- Tactical: able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once

- Flexible: Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays - Funny: (Or at least receptive) You have a developed sense of humor and resilience 

- Excellent organization and communication skills 

- You're resourceful, think on your feet, get tech, and learn fast



Compensation

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
